WAHI members have the right to contact any attorney of their choice. Should a WAHI member decide to work with Lauren, the steps below, provided by Lauren, provide an explanation of her services.

  • If you receive an email, letter, text, or pleading from a customer, please contact my office.
  • I will ask that you provide me with the communication you received plus your inspection agreement and report. If there are other communications related to the claim, I will ask for those too.
  • After I review your documents, I will schedule a time to talk to you. Calls generally last 15-30 minutes. I will discuss with you your options, which could include working it out on your own, engaging me to respond on your behalf, or tendering the claim to your insurance company. The strategy I discuss will be based on your specific claim, whether litigation or arbitration has already been initiated, and whether your inspection agreement specifies arbitration as the method of dispute resolution.
  • If you don’t hire me, you don’t get a bill. If you do hire me, the time spent reviewing the case will be included in the final billing.
