Course Syllabus
Classroom Training
Initially you will learn the critical components of home inspecting in a classroom setting. This will consist of detailed presentations which will give you the information you need to succeed.
This portion of the course will address all home systems, the Wisconsin Standards of Practice and State Statutes, report writing, equipment needs and business management.
The latter part of the week will be hands-on, field training. This segment will provide you with the "nuts and bolts" of being a professional home inspector. We will show you what to look for, what a typical inspection must include to meet state requirements and how to best inform and educate your clients. WAHI’s training will give you the knowledge needed to feel confident in any and all situations.

Fees
$995.00 - Complete Class (Mon thru Fri)
$650.00 - Report Writing and Field Training ONLY (Wed afternoon thru Fri)
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made on or before April 15th will receive a 75% refund. Cancellations made on or after April 16th will receive a 60% refund.
